Make your wishes known. Donors who let us know they’ve made provision for the Health Trust in their wills are invited to become members of the Guardian Circle Bequest Program. The Guardian Circle recognizes those who wish to designate all or part of the estate to help support health care in the Pajaro valley.

Donors need only complete a simple Guardian Circle Form stating that they have made or intend to make provision the will for the Health Trust.  Guardian Circle member are recognized in Health Trust publications.
