The Guardian Circle is an organization of people who value health care. They are people who've shown interest in and concern about health care by making provision for the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust in their wills.
The Trust, in its capacity as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) public benefit health care foundation, is committed to utilizing these bequests to help support initiatives and programs that provide a variety of health care services to Pajaro Valley residents.
Members of the Guardian Circle are doing their part to make certain that future generations of the Pajaro Valley will have available to them the highest quality health care, close to home.

- Who can become a member of the Guardian Circle? Anyone who names or intends to name the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust in a will.
- How can I include the Trust in my will? Simply by adding a codicil, which is a legal change in an already existing will. If you do not have a will, you can see that the Trust is included when you have one written.
- Is adding a codicil to my will complicated? No. A codicil of the kind suggested can be a simple amendment, a statement such as: "I give the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust the sum of $_____." Or "I give the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust _____ percent of the residue of my estate."
- Is adding a codicil to my will expensive? No. If it were done in conjunction with other changes, it would cost virtually nothing. If done alone, the cost would be nominal.
